  • Hunt, acquire and foster new clients in the top 1500 segment
  • Account Management & Business Development
  • Lead-generation

  • Build good relationships with clients and consultants
  • Participate at sales meetings, events, trainings
  • Develop a yearly Sales & Business plan together with the management


  • Sourcing & closing new clients/deals gives you energy

  • Business related Bachelor or Master
  • +5 years of experience as Account Manager/ Business Development Manager
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • Experience in Marketing, B2B sales in services, HR, Consulting, Interim Management,… is a +
